Checked against your slide
Where your slide prints numbers, each figure in a visual is looked up on it, or worked out from it by a sum, a difference, a share or a percent change.
Slidestory reads your deck and finds the one story running through it. Then it redraws every slide around that story, with your own numbers and the trend called out, in several different forms. You choose what goes in front of the room.
Free to try. No sign-up.
A PDF, a PowerPoint file or images of your slides. Say who is in the room and what you want them to do afterwards.
You already know people remember a story, not a slide. But the story lives in your head, and the slide still shows everything at once. Slidestory closes that gap. It finds the line that runs through your deck and draws each slide so that line is the first thing anyone sees.
A made-up slide about revenue share by region. Move through the versions, or open the gallery to read them one at a time.
Ranked bars, slopes, waterfalls, timelines, one big number. Every picture is drawn from the numbers on your own slide.
Drop in a PDF, a PowerPoint file or images of your slides. Choose the audience and what you want them to do.
Slidestory reads every slide and names the one story, the acts it moves through and the numbers that carry it.
Each slide with data comes back in three or four forms, plus one picture for the whole deck. Pick yours and download them as images.
A clean chart is worthless if one figure is wrong. Every visual is held to what is on your slide.
Where your slide prints numbers, each figure in a visual is looked up on it, or worked out from it by a sum, a difference, a share or a percent change.
The change under a headline is computed from the chart's own numbers. If nothing moved much, nothing is claimed.
A figure that cannot be confirmed, or that was read off a picture, is labeled on the visual so you know what to check before you present.
You can try it free, with a daily limit. A free try covers one deck a day, with a cap on how many slides are read and drawn. The exact limits show above the upload box. If you need more, ask for an access code.
A PDF, a PowerPoint file (.pptx) or images of your slides. Up to 30 slides are read from one file.
Your slides are sent through this site's server to an AI service from Anthropic, which reads and redraws them. Slidestory does not save your slides or your visuals. They exist in your browser until you close the page. The privacy page has the details.
Every number in a visual is compared with your slide, and each visual says whether its numbers matched. Values read off a chart image are marked as approximate. It is still an AI, so check every figure against your source before you present.
No. Your file is never altered. You pick the visuals you like and download them as images (PNG or SVG), a PDF or a PowerPoint file.
Yes. Slidestory takes an accent color from your own slides and offers other color themes. Good news can show in green and problems in red.
You can look at results on a phone, but uploading a deck and choosing visuals is easier on a laptop.
